YoungOnes has landed in the UK! In order to connect freelancers to the coolest gigs, we need the coolest clients. We are currently looking for a Senior Business Development Manager (SBDM) to help us grow our UK business. Click here for more information about YoungOnes.
About You:
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. You have 3+ years of experience, you are confident in both written and verbal English communications and have a proven track record of handling complex sales and building resilient revenue streams. Your grit and determination alone is inspirational as you seek to be the best in your field. You seek out a dynamic work environment that challenges and rewards hard work and success. You are entrepreneurial by nature.
What will you be doing:
Joining a team of dynamic self starters you will be:
- In charge of the full sales cycle from Hunting to closing.
- 100% outbound activity including calls, emails, meetings etc.
- Building long-lasting relationships with decision makers (HR, Operation Directors etc.)
- Cold calls and other outbound activities.
- Hold dynamic sales meetings where you educate your qualified prospects on the product and processes.
- Launching successful pilots and ensuring that YoungOnes will be deployed within the organisation
- Retain your clients by ensuring a great first experience.
- Working closely with Customer Success team to ensure smooth customer handover
- YoungOnes is a very entrepreneurial organisation leaving you lots of freedom on how you hit your targets and objectives.
