Last year, more than 40,000 freelancers found gigs through the platform and together they worked over 5.5 million hours. With a highly profitable business in the Netherlands (>10M EUR in annual profits), we’re now expanding internationally.
Responsibilities
- In charge of the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- 100% outbound activity including calls, emails, messages etc.
- Hold dynamic sales meetings where you educate your qualified prospects on the product and processes.
- Activate your clients extracting revenue.
- Retain your clients by ensuring a great first experience.
- Hand over clients to the customer success team.

Who are you?
- You have at least 2+ years of experience in a full cycle sales-related role in recruitment/staffing agencies or logistics industry
- You know London inside-out and have a great local network
- Strong communication skills (English)
- You thrive on ownership and accountability
- You’re willing to roll your sleeves up and experiment with new tactics
- You get a lot of energy from growing a business. You’re willing to test and experiment and are ready to think outside the box
- You understand that the real work in any sales-related role is in the follow-up. You go the extra mile and further to close the deal!
